„Transience“ is the 2nd full-length album by Vienna based dancer & music producer Patrick Gutensohn aka. Good Lee.

„Everything is transient and the only consistent thing in the universe and in our existence is change. Everything is temporary. Like passing clouds changing their form every millisecond. Like the seasons everything is flowing and floating same as our emotions, struggles, love, fear, sadness and happiness. All the „positive“ and the „negative“ things in our lives. Yet there is a sense and kind of eternity, bliss and beauty to be found in each and every moment because of it’s transience. Knowing that when we are facing storms there is a rainbow waiting on the other side and sun rays of hope shining through.“

It took Patrick about 2 years to write and finish „Transience“ from beginning to the end. Going through certain hardships and facing difficulties during the times where these songs were created. Because of these obstacles the inspiration for the album theme came along naturally and each song has it’s own personal connection and story with this topic. Compared to his first album „Minute Of Peace“, the fundamental moods and ideas of most of these tracks were written on the road and abroad and also quite quick as Patrick just wanted or had the urge to put down certain emotional states of mind and moments immediately, without the intend to write a full song at that time. So this record fells more like a collection of audible and emotion driven moments, frozen and transformed into individual and personal songs which all have a deep connection to the main theme.
